Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana)
  • 300 ML Water
  • ½ teaspoon Honey

How to Prepare

  1. Boil the Fenugreek Seeds in 300 ML water for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain and allow the tea to cool until lukewarm.
  3. Add ½ teaspoon honey and mix well.
  4. Drink warm according to the serving guide below.
Why Fenugreek?
Fenugreek Seeds contain mucilage, saponins and plant polyphenols. Fenugreek has traditionally been used as an expectorant, while honey may help soothe cough and throat irritation.

Kid Under 1 Year Don't Recommend Do not use this Fenugreek Tea recipe.
Kids 2-3 Years 30 ML Twice a day. Organic honey can also be added for taste.
Kids 3-5 Years 50 ML Twice a day.
Kids 5-10 Years 50-100 ML Twice a day. Check tolerance for digestive discomfort.
Adults 150-200 ML Twice a day.
