πŸ‘‰ Result:

  • 1–2 min burp β†’ Likely normal
  • 3–5 min β†’ Possible low acid
  • No burp β†’ Strong indication of low acid
Baking soda reacts with stomach acid β†’ produces gas β†’ causes burping.

βœ… 2. Riddler’s Gastric Acid Reflux Point Test

As shown in the video, this is a simple pressure-point check used to assess digestive stress.

πŸ‘‰ Steps:

  2. Locate area below chest bone (sternum).

⚠️ Important Note

These are approximation tests for people who don’t want to go for medical tests like endoscopy or advanced diagnostics.

They are not a diagnosis. Always consult a professional if symptoms persist.
